I joined Hampton by chance.
In January 2026, I was catching up with Galia, a former client, and asked what she was up to.

I could feel her excitement as she talked about the people in her group, the quality of ideas being exchanged and the buzz in the room.

Bare minimum requirements
Your current business must meet at least one of these:
- Generating more than $3M in revenue
- Raised more than $3M in venture capital
- Previously achieved an exit of more than $10M
You must also live within one of Hampton's Chapter Cities.
Potential members are vetted and interviewed. Hampton founders watch each interview and make the final decision on whether to invite you.
