A focused half-day, either in person in London or remotely via Zoom. Time to step away from the noise. Challenge your assumptions and pressure-test your thinking.
You leave with clarity, conviction, and a clear path forward.
Private founder partnership
You don't need another person giving you their answers.

This is the work described below.
We start with you.
Before we look at the business, I want to understand the person carrying it.
Your story and how you think. What you deeply care about. The open loops and pressures that come home with you at the end of the day.
We ring-fence the time.
After that, we meet every fortnight for 90 minutes.
We take a step back every quarter.
We look at what's happening across the business. Your leadership. The decisions ahead. Anything you've been avoiding or that needs attention.
You have somewhere to go when things change.
If something happens and it can't wait until the next conversation, you have direct access to me.
We start with six months.
Because trust, understanding and better decisions compound over time.
After six months, we review it and agree what happens next.
This gets written down before we start, not assumed.
Everything we discuss stays confidential. Completely separate from any other conversations, relationships or work. If we work together, that's a guarantee.
I'm taking a maximum of 6 founders per year.
The work isn't scalable by design. Fortnightly slots and quarterly half-days only divide so many ways.
