Six years ago, I walked into a London hotel and met Jaimini Padleckis for the first time.

As a student, I had invested in IPEC to help me master coaching techniques and explore my potential.

We both nodded, agreeing that authenticity and embracing one’s true essence would be at the heart of the community.

We imagined creating a space where coaches could be:

With the foundation set, we imagined what it would feel like to be a part of this community.

The words “real,” “raw,” and “transformational” came to mind.

We pictured a space where:

As coffee was served, Jaimini and I looked at each other, our hearts full.
